TNT4882 read error

Hello

     When I send string to tnt4882 From PC,  Microcontroller  receive the string and  continue reading  fifo, and generate timeout errors constantly.  How can I receive the string only once,and not generate timeout error?    I use ESP-488 the "NOINT", EX5;

I think you should refer to the instruction of TNT4882 to see why this time-out error occurs.
