Simple Read Write source code cant function

Hi,

I using windows XP SP2, Vb.net 2008, NI PCI GPIB card, i using the latest NI 488.2 3.1.0 driver, when i try the example source code come from the NI driver (Simple Read Write, Vb.net 3.5) got this error message come out. Please see the attachment 1 is before run, 2 is after run the program. I got try to install latest Framework 4.0/3.5. The error still same. Who can give advice.. thanks.

Any reason you are still using VB.NET 2008?

Try using the NI-VISA examples. C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\NI-VISA\Examples

Because my system is using the Vb.net 2008..
