Setting Frequency CH1=CH2 on Tek AFG3102 via Labview

Hey all,

Question.

Is there a way of turning on the frequency binding (Frequency/Delay --> Frequency CH1=CH2) of the two channels using Labview for the Tektronix AFG3102?

I looked throgh the forums, programming manual, vis and more. I found some info about it the programmers manual but it was really criptic.

Thanks for the answers

Th.

I would suggest that for cryptic user manuals, you need to ask the vendor.

I found the drivers for the whole thing (all the vis and manuals) on the ni website therefore I asked the ni people.

But I found a solutions after taking apart couple of vis.

All you need to do is to pass the corrcect string that corresponds to the frequency coupling to the device using visa write.

Hold the presses, this is a revelation. Who would have thought sending the correct command would be the right thing to do?!?!
