I seek one VI which corresponds has "serial line ctrl.vi" which is compatible with LabView 6.0

For LabVIEW 6.0 and later, the functionality implemented in the Serial Line Ctrl.vi is available through a VISA Property Node.

The property node can be found in the following palette:

Functions Palette>>Instrument I/O>>VISA>>VISA Advanced

You should VISA with serial, but if you are modifying an existing program and conversion to VISA is not possible at this time, you can go to

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 6\vi.lib\platform\_serpsup.llb

to get the compatiblity vi
