Actually please suggest how can i send ascii commands through GPIB/IEEE488 to m/c

You've hijacked an old and somewhat unrelated thread since you want to use GPIB. I would suggest you start a new thread after reading the getting started information on the main instrument driver network page. When you repost, be sure to provide details on this 'm/c' if you cannot find a driver (Help>Find Instrument Drivers).
