Sealevel 5101LabVIEW driver

Has anyone developed a LabVIEW driver for a Sealevel 5101 PCI card? I have a VI that needs to talk to the Sealevel device but there is not a driver available. Since the card uses Comm Port 0, VISA doesn't recognize the card. (Windows XP)
We have tried using the Call Library Function in LabVIEW to link in the needed dll and functions but with no luck. Sealevel has been little help with giving information for their card.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any way to change which COM port this card shows up as?? If you could get it to show up as a higher COM port VISA should see that card.
