Return from IBRD is ERR, TIMO, and END

The usual return from IBRD is END or if nothing is there to read the return is ERR and TIMO.
I don't understand the combination. It makes sense that you read the data or you don't. When I get this combination and check the data, all the expected data was read. Can any body explain this one???

Hi,

You're right, usually ibrd returns one or the other. Under what conditions is this happening?. What are the previous function calls that you're using?.
