Program running slow after installing build application

Hi.

I've created an installer for my program to run on a computer
that does have LabView installed on it, like a stand-alone
application. Everything working fine, I've included all the drivers
I need and so on. During the execution of the program I'm communicating
with a Xantrex power supply via USB. The first part of the program
runs smoothly, it only contains dialogue boxes where an
operator enters name and electronic numbers etc. But the last part
is an automated test which involves communication with the
power supply, and suddenly the execution of the program slows down
a lot. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? I using
LabView 8.5.

Have you tried increasing the RAM? Is your virtual memory low?

Yup that is one question which u need to  answer and  also r u using  a USB controller  that will support the full speed usb?
