Problems to initialize/read Power Meter

Hello,

for our EMS measurement place we have a new PC, the rest of the seutp stays the same.

After installing all drivers I still get error messages regarding the power meter. Please find the detailed error messages attached.

It would be great if anyone has an idea how to solve this.

With the name "ASRL7::INSTR", I would expect the port to actually be COM7.  You might want to go into the Windows Device Manager and make sure the port shows up where you think.
