PCI-1588 Startup

I have a PCI-1588 card and need a quick and simple way to start it in Master mode.  Does anyone has a executable file I can use?  I am not a programmer and have no access to LabView, LabWindow, nor Microsoft Visual C++, so writing an application from zero is not possible for me.  Your help is very much appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

If you need someone to develop an application for you, you might want to check with a NI Alliance Partner.  Many alliance partners are happy to do quick projects or applications.
