We are using the Newport PM500 motion controller and are experiencing a problem during fiducial seek on one of the axis. The stage goes to the mechanical limit and freeze. Other axis seems fine. Anyone with a similar problem and/or with a solution?
Is there a question about controlling instruments over a communication bus? If it is purely about your motion controller, the manufacturer's support forum is the best place to get help.
