Following the instruction below to config my instrument to "USB RAW Mode" , it does not seems to work on Windows 10 machine.
I was able to have the process working on Windows 7 Machine both 32 bit and 64 bit.
Any tricks?

Which version of the VISA drivers are you using? Also, what behavior are you seeing that seems like it's not working?

Ryan,
I have tried a few different rev of Visa driver - including the latest on NI web
What works, the device shows up as USB device and on NI max. When not working, device not appear on NI-Max

Hi SJ,
If you're seeing the device disconnecting randomly, try using a different USB port. It's especially useful to use the USB ports on the back of your PC if you're using a desktop. It also might be useful to use a powered USB hub to maintain your connection. This article gives some more information about the subject:
