Mitsubishi Q series PLC Ethernet Communication with WLS 9163

Hi , I had been trying to establish communication with NI WLS 9163 but not been possible , I used following setting  in My plc Software

port number - 31415 

ip address of device, used dedicated instruction blocks like open_m .Close_m , Buffsend_M .BuffRevceive_m.

or else let me know what commands i can send to receive response from ni wls 9163 through a third party application ie like my plc

Is it possible to acquire data from WLS 9163 through a .dll file . so that data can be transferred to some other third party application.

You really should be talking to Mitsubishi.

Since it is a PLC, presumably the OS is not Windows.
