I try to use the old GBIB-USB-HS interface connector to read the data from Optical Spectrum Analyzer.
I receive an error when I ran NI MAX software.
It says "This GPIB device is not a genuine NI product and is not supported by the installed NI-488.2 software. Please contact your NI sales representative for more information at ni.com/contact. (Error code: -37057)"
I'm not sure if this connector is genuine or not. Who I need to ask about it?
Does it mean that this connector is actually a clone?

At one point of time, there were many clones of NI USB-GPIB and NI improvised the drivers to detect these clones but sometimes it did find genuine one as clone.
If you're sure that yours is a genuine one, you can contact NI support with proof of purchase and get help.

You can downgrade to version 14.0 or older to avoid this error.
