MAX (DAQmx 7.4.) do not detect my installed PCI devices, also if win2k has them detected and installed. In the device manager of win2K the NI PCI-devices are listed correctly.

Hi,
which PCI-device do you want to use?
Which software, OS and software version do you want to use with the device?
Maybe you have installed the wrong driver.
Is it detected in the hardware manager of windows?
Best regards

Hi Suse,
PCI devices are NI 6602 and NI PCI MIO 16E 4.
The used OS is Windows 2000 and DAQmx 7.4 for the drivers.
If I put the cards in the computer after boot up they will be detected and installed by the windows 2000 OS. Also they are listed in the device manager now, but MAX don´t detect them. Reboot or F5-button don´t change anything.
A new installation of DAQmx was without any success too.
In the past in same configuration it has worked.
Best regards

Hi,
please send me a report of the Measurement & Automation Explorer:
Start -> all programs -> National Instruments ->Measurement & Automation Explorer.
Then press File -> Create Protocol -> Technical Support and My System -> Next -> Next -> Choose path -> Next -> Finish.
Maybe the following knowledgebase helps you:
