MAX cannot find VISA device

I have NI-9149 CompactRIO Chassis that is visible within the MAX software.  However, I can't seem to communicate with it via VISA.  (See attachments)  What am I doing wrong here?

FYI - cRIO chassis is not an instrument you communicate using VISA.

 

cRIO contains an FPGA backplane that you program using LabVIEW and deploy onto the chassis which in turn controls your modules.
