Thanks, i don´t find this manual on Agilent homepage but is good. I look at manual and i see its not possible to measure voltages through the two channels in simultaneously.I see that is possible to do the "DIFERENCE or RATIO" function and the "diference" function gives me the voltage mesure. I see in manual and i think i don´t need to use the 4-wire measurements.

The 4 wire measure use the 2 channels, and in manual tells that Ch1 can be used with source and ch2 to measure voltage, the problem is the source corrent in Ch1 is not controled, the corrent value changes when the range change, i will have fix values.

To resolve this I will use a corrent source K237 and measure voltage  with the 34420A. I used the 4 wire connections, 2 wire from the K237 and the other 2 wire from Ch2 of 34420A. 

I will make some experiences  using the two possible ways to see if i resolve this and then I will give you notices.
