LabVIEW cannot communicate with Serial Port

I am trying to communicate with a motion controller through a Serial Port from a LabVIEW program.  However, everytime I try to run the code, I get error -1073807, which the list says indicates a missing code library.  Where can I get this code library or how can I fix this issue?  Other programs that use this same serial connection work fine, so I know the problem is with LabVIEW.

I think you mean error -1073807202 and that means that you did not install NI-VISA. It is on the device drivers CD that came with LabVIEW or you can download the latest from here.
