Has anybody used  a NI GPIB-USB-HS to update the firmware on Keithley 6517B? My old firmware (ver. A12) does not allow me to collect Temperature data in the instrument buffer along with current measurements [the Temp measurements are shown as "----"]. The engineer from Keithley/Tek suggested I update the firmware using their FlashWizard software and a RS232-GPIB interface.

The question is has anyone used the GPIB-USB-HS with this software reliably?
