Since MAX is a utility program from National Instruments for the configuration of National Instruments boards, it would not make any sense to try and use it to configure a board from another vendor so this is normal behavior. Since you say you are able to communicate with instruments, and the Ines web sites says it supports LabVIEW, do you have any other problem?

I got the solution!!

We need to uninstall NI VISA and install Agilent IO Libraries.

Then we can start programming using VISA in LabVIEW.

Thanks,

Mahesh.

That makes no sense to me. Why would you install Agilent software for the Ines controller? Did you get that information from Ines? If you are having problems, you should be installing the Ines version of VISA.
