How do i write a VISA passport

I have made my own message based interface card and now i want to make a VISA passport for it. Can you give me a Template/Source of these passports?

1、I also want to add my third-party devices to NI-MAX using NI-VISA or IVI

2、It's very nice to add some custom soft front panel to my third-party devices.
