How do I control MKS Mass flow controllers using LABVIEW

Hello,

I wan to record and control mks 3000 sccm series M mass flow controllers using LABVIEW. How to interface to communicate to the LABVIEW to control these MFCs?

Hi

Checking their web page, I saw they are using modbus and for modbus a library is available. But if you are not used to interfacing modbus search somebody in the neighborhood to help you.
