How can I uninstall VISA from my machine?

I would like to update my VISA from version 2.5.2 to 3.2.
However NI-VISA is not listed anywhere under 'Add/Remove programs'.
I also looked into 'National Instruments Software', but VISA is not listed there, although I'm sure it is installed. MAX shows it and all the dlls are in the system32 directory.
I am running on Windows 2000.

Old versions of VISA could be installed by other programs like LabVIEW or CVI. I would finding old versions of LabVIEW or CVI in you add/remove program list and click modify. It should bring up a list of all of the components that were installed with LabVIEW/CVI. One of them should be VISA, just changes its select to don't install and click next. It should uninstall just NI-VISA.

In your Add/Remove Software list, there should be a "National Instruments Software".  Modify that and you will get a new window with various NI software to uninstall or reinstall.
