GPIB symbol meaning ?

Hi, 

I have an issue with when I connect my two instruments (HP4156C & HP E5250A). Both work separately just fine. Problem comes after a short while when I link them together on a single GPIB bus. Comms is made between PC and NI USB to GPIB adapter. I see this yellow symobol in the VISA drop down list (Attached). Not sure if its related to my issue but any thoughts on what the symbol means wold be a help!

This makes me think both of your instruments have the same GPIB address.  Change the address on one of them.

Thanks - I double checked the addresses and they are different. In the meantime, the system appears to be ok and working as expected.
