Dear all.
our software is not able to find the GPIB0. NIMax also doesn't show it. However, it appears as a USB device (see attached screenshot) and also seems to work properly according to the device manager.
We have reinstalled it without success.
Any ideas?
Driver version is NI4882_1850f1
Win 10 Enterprise 2016
Thank you,
Carolin

We are currently having the same issue, but on a much larger scale affecting 23+ Win10 Enterprise PCs at the moment. In the meantime, we are using older Win7 Enterprise PCs with NI4882 version 16.0.0 installed. All our GPIB-USB-HS and GPIB-USB-HS+ are genuine adapters purchased directly from National Instruments.

Hi caroklose,
do you have NI-VISA drivers installed on your machine?

Hi there, we got the same problem with NI4882_1850f1 update.
Are there any solving proposals in the meantime?
Thanks

Hi Franz_josef,I'm sorry but I do not have a good solution to this. We switched our PC and on another identical Win 10 PC it's working without any issues. Good luck! Caro
