GPIB-USB-HS has problem in communication with instrument

Last week I purchased LabVIEW 8.20, and GPIB-USB-HS, but now can't communicate with my instrument.

Hi wujunwei,

Did you have a previous setup before where this instrument of yours worked in MAX?  Does your application software work with this instrument.  Also, make sure that your instrument is not set to address of 0 since that is reserved, by default, for your GPIB-USB-HS.  What type of instrument is it?
