Driver for non LabView card

I don't understand meaning of the Reference number?
How can I use it?

I don't understand where can I find the driver for ICS PC1A?

On the link, that you referenced,
http://www.icselect.com/labview drv.html
I've found only next phrase:
Demonstration Driver for ICS GPIB Controllers

IDN_exe.zip
A zip file that contains a LabView VI that queries a device and returns the

device's IDN message and ESR Register contents. Use with the 488-USB or with any ICS GPIB Controller to demonstrate LabView compatibility. File size is 40 Kbytes.

As I understand it is not a driver. It is demonstration program only.

I wrote the letter to ICS Electronics support manager Jerry Mercola
(jmercola@icselect.com) and receive the answer:
"Ask NI h
ow to setup your LabView for a old NI card like their original PC2 ISA card. It may work but no guarantees."

Is the driver for old (ISA) NI GPIB controller card can work with ICS PC1A ?

Can you answer to me?

I am not sure I understand your question, and it appears you have already been talking to someone about this issue. If so you may want to direct these questions back to them.

However it appears that you have a third party GPIB card and you are wondering if NIs GPIB driver will work with it. If that is the case then the answer is no. NIs 488.2 driver is for our GPIB boards only.

We do provide instrument drivers, but those are actually a collection of VIs to control an instrument, not a board.

If I have misunderstood your question let me know.
