Going to this download page for the latest NI Device Drivers, and the latest is Jan 2019. Is that truly the latest NI Device Drivers? Or was a new methodology introduced where you download 2019 and then after that is updated via VIPM? Or NI Updater or something? Would this 2019 version get me NI Max? Or is there a better link for 2020 and on Device Drivers?

More likely that was the last time NI bundled a bunch of drivers into a single installer other than with LabVIEW. I just download the drivers I need individually.

Where do you download the drivers you need?
For instance I need the driver for the PXIe-6509 but on the product page there is no link to download the driver?? There is a manual and a specification sheet, but nothing about a driver. When I search for it, it just takes me to the 2019 Driver Download page??
Also...there was driver bundles for 2020,2021 and 2022 in both the Spring and Fall because someone at my company downloaded them. So, I don't understand how 2019 is the only one available now?

Maybe I was thinking of DAQmx, but I could have sworn it was a bundled driver download for 2022.
I did find the DAQmx download page so I will try that for my PXIe-6509.

Yes, DAQmx is the driver you need for the PXIe-6509.
