Chroma source with NI VISA 4.1 on Windows 10

I have a connection problem with my pc and the chroma source 62000H. The operating system on my pc is Windows 10 and the NI VISA 4.1 software is only compatible with the latest version operating system. The USB connects, but not the interface (see photo).
I tried the NI VISA run time engine 17 software, but no success obtained with the interface. Do not connect, do not recognized nothing via USB.

Can anybody help me?

The removal of the device won't show up in that menu.  That is typically for USB hard drives and not for serial devices that the system may not know is removable.  Run Device Manager and see if the COM port is recognized there.  What COM does it show up as?  What COM does the software need?  Do you have the source code?  Can you talk to it with the Simple Serial example in LabVIEW?
