Abstract
LabVIEW is used widely in the test data acquisition along with NI hardware and Third party instruments. Most of the tests are repetitive in nature.
Normally after the test, the acquired data is processed further and reports are made in other software. Any test reports need to be clear, specific, standard and detail. Also, it is required to maintain the same standard across the reports in multiple tests. If the test reports are made automatically immediately after the test is carried out, that can save a lot of time, maintain the standard across the reports and will be error-free compared to the manual way of making reports.NI- LabVIEW provides functions for making the report generation automatically. This presentation introduces the different options available in LabVIEW for making automatic test reports.
