LabVIEW Interface on Adafruit and Arduino

Hello,

I have two board one is Adafruit Metro ESP32-s2 Express. 

with the help to makerhub I configure Linx Firmware 

Device Family- Arduino

Device Type- Arduino Uno

Firmware Upload Method- Serial/USB

Then selected Com port and upload pre-Built Firmware. 

i run one below LabVIEW code and getting error

in second board I have Arduino Uno Wifi R2 Board, same configure prosses I follow for Linx Firmware and getting different error see below

Please help me how can I resolve these error and complete my project.

The first error means you have that serial port in use in another program most likely.
