Difference between toggle IO in SCLT and export clock to IO from CLIP

Hi:

I'm wondering are there any difference between this two operation?  In scope it seems like there are not much difference we can see.

Or maybe toggle IO in SCTL will introducing certain degrees of jitter? but on what level? does it affect sync performance alot?
