Hello, I have had issues with trying to activate my labview for our frc season. I put in the serial number in the NI license maganger and the results are activation error. Then I try and put in my activation codes I was emailed and get activation error. Am I doing something wrong? I've never had issues with this before please help.

Are you using the SN from this year? Typically, activation failures happen when using SNs from previous seasons.
If you haven't already, have one of your lead mentors login to get the updated SN. If that's what you're using and it isn't working, can you attach a screenshot of what you're seeing (it'll help me see what you're trying to activate to see if it makes sense or if there's something else we'd want to try). It'll also help to hover your mouse over the error to see what error message pops up.

I'm on a different account but i am still the person with that issue the first image where its says activation warning is when I put in my serial number, the second is what happens when I put the activation codes on.

When you go to activate, try using the Serial Number option instead of activation codes.
For verification, I'd expect your SN to look like: B##P##### where the #s are the appropriate numbers. That's a different form than SNs from past seasons. If you're using activation codes from past years, those wouldn't work either. If your SN doesn't match that pattern, work with your lead mentors to get the updated SN from the FIRST portal. If it does match that pattern, send me a PM and I'll share my email so we can look at what's happening with your specific SN.

I don't have the solution but I just noticed that serial numbers are in that form (B##P#####) all the way back to the FRC 2019 season so just because your serial number matches that pattern it doesn't mean it's current.
