G Web application to Mobile Mini Program?

Is it possible to design a plug-in on the basis of the G web development software module, and then you can design a Mobile Mini Program? What are the hurdles to overcome? Please give me some advice……

WebApps built with G Web Development Software are self-contained standard HTML, JavaScript, CSS web applications and can run in many environments.

I'm not familiar with "Mobile Mini Program"s so you'd have to share more about what those are, what you have tried, and the issues you have run into.
