For starters I am fairly new to data collection. I am experiencing logging issues with an existing system. The required sampling rate is 100s/s or faster. I understand that the modules are limited based on data type. The last module is a 9229 which I am feeding a conditioned 0 to 10v scaled signal into for 0 to 1700 degrees C, which is represented by the blue line. The other data is straight type S thermocouple inputs to a 9219 module. My issue is that, the sampling seems fine on the voltage input but the stair stepping roughly every .2 seconds is causing concern about data purity. Is this a setup issue or limitation of hardware/software? If it is a hardware issue, what would be a more suitable DAQ?
