absolute time scale offset

hi,

I'm trying to set the offset value of the X axis that is in absolute time format. It takes a number of seconds but the VI give UTC time.
Of course I want to display locale time . I'm able to get the locale time but not to calculate the number of seconds since 1904.

I'm working on LV RT  with LV8.0. FP device is configured with GMT+1.
