MHz versus Pricing!

Hi People!!!!!!!!

   I'd like to know something more about cFP controller interfaces.  I have some cFP-2020, 75 MHz controllers, that, almost in Italy, cost the same as cFP-2120, which seems to have the same specifications, except for a 188 MHz (I suppose CPU speed.... it isn't too clearly specified!).

   Let me know if I was joked by the vendor!

Hi!

The cFp-2120 = 188Mhz embedded controller and the memory 128 MB (DRAM)

The cFP-2020 = 75Mhz embedded controller and the memory 32MB

In the catalog 2006, I didn't find the cFP2020 and cFP20xx. Maybe the cFP-21xx take the place of cFP20xx series..

you have not been joked. If you look at the ni.com/products page and search for cFP-2020 and cFP-2120, you will find that pricing is the same in Italy as well as for other countries.

I suggest you get in touch with us on the phone at NI Italy by dialling

02.41.30.92.77

and discuss the pricing policy with one of our Internal Sales Representative.

As far as the technical question goes, we are still making the cFP-2020, no discontinuation of the product has been announced so it is fairly reasonable it is going to be delivered for quite a while.

   of course, for commercial details I will refer to NI italy, but I think it's important for the community to know there's a newer product, more powerful, at the same price.  In fact, it seems to me that when we bought cFP-2020, the 2120 wasn't available (I don't remember...).
