where is the roboRIO Java installer?

The frc instructions say the Java installer for the roboRIO should automatically be on our computer, but its not. Where are we suppossed to get it?

The Java Installer is installed by the Eclipse plugins: https://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/4485/m/13503/l/145002-installing-eclipse-c-java

I would recommend attempting to complete the steps in the Getting Started With the 2015 Control System section in order to avoid running into issues with dependencies.
