LabVIEW Robotics is great for creating robotics applications but with that being said, it is COMPLETELY different from what the FRC teams will be using. We haven't tested to see if you can have both peices of software on a computer but I don't forsee it being a huge problem. The available libraries in LabVIEW Robotics is a fair bit more complex than what most high school students are used to but that isn't to say that it wouldnt' be something they could play around with. However, the main point I'd like to get across is that LabVIEW Robotics is very different from the software for FRC this year and you won't be able to deploy the VI's created in LabVIEW Robotics to your cRIO.
