It demonstrates how easy it is to build a PID control application using LabVIEW and the NI-DAQmx driver software for National Instruments plug-in data acquisition hardware .The example is in executable format and requires only the LabVIEW 7.1 Run-Time Engine to run. If you do not have the LabVIEW Run-time Engine, follow the link below to download and install it for free.
If you do have LabVIEW and PID Toolset, a VI is attached enabling you to view and modify the block diagram to suit your application.
