Description

Overview

This VI allows you to manually select a Region of Interest (ROI) on an image display to receive pixel analysis.

 

 

Description

Once an image is uploaded, the user takes the cursor controls to select a desired region of interest on the image and then some pixel statistics such as mean pixel value and the standard deviation will be reported within the ROI.

 

 

Steps to Implement or Execute Code

  1. Specify the image file path on the Front Panel
  2. Run the VI
  3. Click and drag on the image display to select your desired ROI
