Overview

Spectrum acquisitions do not support any type of reference trigger, because they are usually continuous operations.

 

Description

As specified on the Knowledge Base article 5SKCIE77, the pectrum acquisitions do not support any type of reference trigger. Spectrum acquisitions are usually continuous operations, which do not take reference triggers. This example shows how we can workaround this issue.

 

Requirements
1. LabVIEW 2012 or compatible
2. Spectral Measurement Toolkit
3. NI-RFSA

 

Steps to Implement or Execute Code
1. Open the "RFSA Acquire IQ with Reference Trigger LV2012 - NI Verified.vi"
2. Configure the acquisition parameters.
3. Run the VI
4. Send a trigger by the chosen mean.
