Overview
This example VI shows how to open up a file once a path is specified.


Description
Useful bit of code that allows you to open any file using the system executive tool. Simply run the VI, locate your file and click the button.


Requirements

  • LabVIEW 2012 (or compatible)


Steps to Implement or Execute Code

  1. Run the VI
  2. State the file path and click 'Open this File' button.
