This set of vi's show you, how to convert one simple List (or MCLB) to become one checklist . I have added 2 examples for demo.

(Run demo vi's and click on list symbols).

I have used the uncheck (39) and check (40) default symbols in my vi's, but you can easily modify them by using this tool:

I have added two samples of personalized lists in my zip. All are saved in LV2011.
