How To Use the Vision Assistant In a VI

Introduction

There has been a number of questions about how to incorporate the Vision Assistant into a LabVIEW VI. This example will hopefully illustrate how easy it is to use. All this example does is acquire images and performs a threshold on the image. The acquired image and the processed image are both displayed on the front panel.

Steps to Complete

This example uses the IMAQdx driver; thus use a Firewire or a GigE camera with this. Just select the camera you want to use and press the run arrow.
