This reference design shows how to use an NI digitizer and HSDIO devices to make fast, low-cost integral non-linearity and differential non-linearity (INL/DNL) measurements for digital to analog converters.

This reference design shows how to use an NI digitizer and HSDIO devices to make fast, low-cost integral non-linearity and differential non-linearity (INL/DNL) measurements for digital to analog converters.

Hardware used in this example:

a) NI PXI-5922 Flexible Resolution Digitizer
b) NI PXI-6552/6542 High Speed Digital I/O

Software used in this example:

LabVIEW 2009

NI-SCOPE Driver
NI-HSDIO Driver
