unbalance current

hello,

did anybody here encounter unbalance motor current in 3 phase motor and trip once it give a start command.we measure the motor winding resistance all balance in3 phase and insulation resistance o motor is 10 gega ohms ..max fulload rated of motor is 600 a 4.16 kv sychrounous motor
