PXIe 4144

Hi everyone,

I'm using PXIe 4144 in order to take current measurements and specifically NI_DCPower Source DC Volteage.vi. I'm also using niDCPower Configure Aperture Time.vi in order to regulate aperture time. I would like to know the sampling rate of 4144SMU in order to configure the sampling rate in my VI in order to take the right measurements in the corrent time.

Thanks in advance!!

I'm not sure I completely understand your question, but some general pointers:

When you configure the aperture time, each measurement returned will use that exact aperture time.  You don't need to know the actual sample rate, as the hardware/software is performing that calculation for you.

If you're trying to figure out the maximum sample rate with a given aperture setting, use the "Measure Record Delta Time" Property node.

Please provide clarifying questions if I've misinterpreted first post.
