Are the SMU PXIe-4137 and 4139 true floating resources?

If so, up to how much voltage can they float?

Hi MrVito,

This will be specified in the documentation under the Isolation section.  The PXIe-4137 will allow 250 VDC channel to ground, while the PXIe-4139 will allow 150 VDC.  Note that is the maximum between any channel terminal and chassis ground.  If you are floating a voltage, you need to make sure that all terminals for that channel stay below this limit.
