pci 6711 digi line 5 doesn't work

I purchased a PCI-6711 card recently (still under warranty) but digi
channel 5
doesn't seem to be functional. I have tested is using the test panel. I am
using NI SCB-68 accessory to interface with it. I can turn all the other
digital channels low/high and I am wondering if there is some defect in the board
itself.

I have tried two different SCB-68s and I get the same result. According to
the label on the SCB-68, DIO4 (channel 5) is connector 19. 19 or any other port

seem to get anything from the board.

I have un/reinstalled the card, deleted it from the explorer and
reinstalled it. So far I have not unlplugged it from the PCI slot and insert it back in
but I didn't want to play with that until I hear from someone.

I'm sorry to hear that your card is not behaving the way it should.  My suggestion at this time is to contact National Instruments and create a service request so we can help you begin the RMA process.  If the board is indeed broken, we'll have to get the serial number and contact info for you so we can repair it.  You can either call 1-866-275-6964 and speak with a Customer Service Representative or create one online.  Feel free to post back if you have any problems.  Thanks!
